Sydney Meyer (she/her) is a writer, reporter, and self-described curious person born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She loves all things related to home, including horse racing, college basketball, and a generous glass of bourbon. Sydney received her bachelor's degree from Boston University in May 2022. After graduating, she worked in pre-production for various Broadway shows before joining AmeriCorps, where she built affordable housing in rural Colorado. She has recently returned to Kentucky and now freelances as an arts writer, reporter, and social media manager.
